$5,000,000 Sterilized Air Company

TRENTON, N. J., Aug. 4---The American Sterilized Air and Transportation Company, with a capital of $5,000,000, filed papers of incorporation with the Secretary of State to-day. The company is formed to develop a patented system of sterilizing, dehydrating, and cooling air for refrigerating purposes. The incorporators are J. Montgomery Smart, New York; Pierce F. Cook, Jersey City, and A. C. Deman, Jr., Newark.
