$126,250 Apartment House Lease

Mrs. Nella Goldenberg of Savoy, France, has leased to Louis Schlechter 316 West Ninety-seventh Street, a six-story elevator apartment house, for a term of ten years at an aggregate rental of $126.250. H. N. Kohn, in conjunction with Z. F. Hall, negotiated the lease.
