Mr William Vear

Mr W. Vear, 32, signed-on to the Titanic on 6 April 1912. His previous ship was the Braemar Castle. He gave his address as 2 Spa Gardens, Southampton.

Vear boarded with his brother H. Vear. Their monthly wage as Firemen was £6

Both men died in the sinking. The body of W. Vear was recovered by the Mackay-Bennett and buried at sea.
