Miss Jenny Lovisa Henriksson, 28, was born 21 December 1883 the daughter of Per Henrik Larsson and his wife from Härlingstorp, Axvall, Västergötland, Sweden.

Jenny Henriksson had lately been maid to senior accountant at the National Bank C. Påhlman in Stockholm, Sweden but she had earlier been housekeeper to the Lustig family in Skara and thus knew the siblings Kurt Arnold Gottfrid and Dagmar Bryhl. Jenny travelled with her cousin Ellen Petterson, they boarded the Titanic at Southampton as third class passengers. They were destined for Olaus Rask, 805 East Second St. Iron Mountain, Michigan.

The trip to America had planned for a long time but never realized. When the family of Wilhelm Skoog, relatives to Jenny and Ellen, came back from Iron Mountain the dream of America started anew and when the Skoog family decided to return, Jenny and Ellen followed. None of the party survived.

Jenny was probably body #3 in the list but for years the body remained unidentified. The clothes had the mark "J H" and Jenny was the only one onboard with those initials. The description includes a cholera belt, she seem to have been afraid of that sickness and carried such a belt. The belt was made of cloth, had pockets for cash and was impregnated with an ill-smelling fluid to keep cholera away. Her body was taken to Halifax and is buried in Fairview Cemetery, Halifax, N.S.

The Mansion House Fund paid 875.52 Kr (£48) to parents, 911 Kr (£50) damage claims paid to father 4 May 1914.
