Captain Smith and Signor Marconi dummies

The Titanic disaster is recalled by Mr John Tussaud's model of Captain Smith, near which stands an effigy of Mr Marconi. The structural changes include an emergency exit from the Chamber of Horrors and rearrangement of the turnstiles at the entrance to the exhibition.

Several thousands of persons visited Madame Tussaud's yesterday. Mr John Tusaaud's latest model, a lifelike representation of Captain Smith who went down with the Titanic, proved a centre of attraction, and do models of Mrs Pankhurst and Mrs Christabel Pankhurst.
The tablature of Charles Dickens in his study at Gad's Hill gained many admirers.
