The Cunard Steamship Company has refused to accept any remuneration for the rescue of passengers of the Titanic by the Carpathia, but will allow Capt. Rostron of the Carpathia to receive a gift from the White Star Line of a hundred guineas, the surgeon, purser and chief steward
fifty guineas each and each of he crew a month's pay. [LONDON, June 10]
