She was built in 1906 by sir raylton dixon & co in 1906 she was 5,557tons, 421 ft long x 51 feet wide and was powerd by two triple-expansion engines. does anyone know what happend to her? I think she sank is this ture?

HI!

That Lusitania you're talking about was a ship built for a portuguese line. It sank in 1911 on the south african coast and I beliave it is still there! If you want I can send you some pictures of this ship, has I Have a book called Paquetes Portugueses (Portuguese Liners) which is very complete and has information about this and it's sister ship AFRICA... mail me at nuno_cruz78@hotmail.com
