I am trying to find out if Juho Tikkanen might have been my distant relative. This is the original, Finnish spelling of my last name, and my grandfather's brother was born in Finland. I've tried several genealogy sites, but they don't seem to extend to Finland. Does anyone have any suggestions? Thank you. |

Hei, i live in Finland, and a friend who lives in Canada has the same sort of issue with a Finnish relative. She advises you to go to www.Finngen.com
it is a Finnish-Canadian/America geneology site.
