Before leaving Southampton the officer rotation was a little different. The following is a list of the Officers and their positions prior to the addition of Chief Officer Wilde.

Captain Edward John Smith: Master. Formerly of the Olympic as Captain.

William McMaster Murdoch: Chief Officer. Formerly of the Olympic as First Officer.

Charles Herbert Lightoller: First Officer. Formerly First Officer of the Oceanic.

David Blair: Second Officer. Formerly Second Officer of the Teutonic.

Herbert Pitman: Third Officer. Formerly 4th Officer on the Majestic.

Joesph Boxhall: Fourth Officer. Formerly Fourth Officer of the Arabic.

Harold Lowe: Fifth Officer. Formerly Third Officer of the Belgic

Sixth Officer James Moody: Sixth Officer. Formerly Fifth Officer of the Oceanic.
