And it's looking like the same common denominators are at work; Overcrowding, a boat in poor condition, and I wonder if there was a storm at work. It looks like nothing in the way of a distress call ever got off. One has to wonder when anybody is going to start to learn the lessons, but the smart money is that this affair will quickly vanish from the radar screen and it'll be back to business as usual.
