Same sad story for this part of the world. If these boats aren't overloaded, they set off in very bad weather....or both!

I do a lot of work in Bangladesh and, unfortunately, this is all too common. But usually these disasters kill more than 30 people.......maybe we should be grateful as regards this latest tragedy.
