I read in some book that 4,000 people died when a ferry (I think the Donna Paz) collided with an oil tanker and sank instantly. Any know anything else? "Its Gone"

The correct rendition of the vessel's name is Doņa Paz. Here is a representative account off the web: http://www.gulf-news.com/Articles/opinion.asp?ArticleID=94644 Note that there was an even greater death toll in a torpedo attack during WWII. Noel |
