Davies : An Echo of the Titanic Disaster

PDF Print

Bucks Free Press

Mr Edgar J Davies, of Seer Green, was plaintiff in four actions. It was stated that plaintiff had gone to the United States of America on the Titanic, and had been drowned. Mr J Baily Gibson (Messrs Charsleys and Gibson, of Beaconsfield) appeared, and said that the disaster had so upset Mrs Davies that she was unable to attend. He asked that the cases might be adjourned. – The request was readily complied with.

[It is not known which passenger is being referred to, or whether the claim that Davies was a Titanic passenger is genuine.]
