| Dal relativo atto pervenuto in Italia e trasmesso e questo Comune per la trascrizione risulta che: la nave TITANIC di Liverpool viene notificata come perduta il 15 aprile 1912 circa alla latitudine 41.16 N longitidine 50.14 W e viene attestato che Italo Donati, di nazionalità italiana, di anni 19 sia stato a quel tempo di servizio a bordo nell'ufficio di aiuto cameriere e si suppone sia annegato. |

| Trascrizione dell'atto, donde è ststo estratto quanto sopra riportato, esguita il 28 aprile 1914 al n.7 parte IIˆ serie C anno 1914 dei registri di morte del Comune di Casalmaggiore. |
