Joseph Bell who departed this life on 8 December 1836, aged 69 years.
Margaret, Wife of John Bell, of Farlam, died 14 August 1868, aged 29 years.
Edward Watson Bell, their son, died 22 November 1882 aged 178 years.
Also JOSEPH BELL aged 51 son of the above Margaret Bell, Chief Engineer of the SS Titanic, who was lost with all his engineering staff in the foundering of that vessel in the Atlantic Ocean after collision with an iceberg April 15th 1912. Great love hath no man than this, that he lay down his life for his friends.
