Photographer Then Withdraws His Charge of Assault
---
A charge of third-degree assault against Enzo Fiermonte, former prizefighter and husband of Mrs. Madeline Force Astor Dick Fiermonte, was withdrawn yesterday in Flushing Court after Mr. Fiermonte, through his attorney, offered an apology to the complainant, John Drennan, a newspaper photographer.

Mr. Fiermonte appeared before Magistrate John D. Mason on summons obtained by Mr. Drennan, who charged that the former boxer had struck him while he was attempting to photograph him recently in Jamaica Court. After the dismissal of the case Mr. Fiermonte shook Mr. Drennan's hand and said, "I apologize to you, my friend." The two men then posed for photographers.
