FIERMONTE BUYS ESTATE

CHARLESTON, S. C., Nov. 30 (AP)---The purchase of Dixie Plantations, a 600-acre estate on a high bluff overlooking Stono River, by Enzo Fiemonte of New York was announced here today.
William M. Means, Charleston real estate dealer, in announcing the transaction said Mr. and Mrs. Fiermonte planned to remodel the plantation house before returning here about Jan. 1, after which they expect to spend much of their time on the place.
Mrs. Fiermonte was Mrs. Madeline Force Astor Dick.
