Fiermonte Held on Old Charge

BELLMORE, L. I., July 2---Enzo Fiermonte, former pugilist and husband of Mrs. Madaline Force Astor Dick, was arrested today at the Roosevelt Speedway on a three-year-old traffic violation charge he is said never to have answered. He is accused of speeding on Grand Central Parkway on July 31, 1934, for which he received a summons. The ex-pugilist was taken before Justice of the Peace Justin S. Johnson here and released in $100 hail for appearance n xt [sic] Tuesday in Jamaica magistrate's court.
