Titanic Survivor Got $25 Damages From White Star Line

Chicago, April 25 — Annie Kelly, a young Irish girl, a Titanic survivor, for a consideration of $25 was forced to sign a waiver of damages by agents of the White Star Line, according to her statement here.

She also asserts that the recipt for settlement in full for damages was signed by her while she was in a semi-conscious condition in a hospital and that steamship agents guided her unsteady hand after representing to her that the paper she was signing was a ticket to Chicago.
