Grave of James Robert McGough

Holy Cross Cemetery, Yeadon PA

This picture is not a mistake. According to the staff of Holy Cross Cemetery, Mr. McGough is buried in section 3, range 1, lot 57 of the cemetery. This lot is marked by the monument (shown) of Patrick Hughes. However, Mr. McGough's own grave is unmarked. There is no mention of him on the Hughes monument.

To make things even more confusing, there IS a McGough monument about 20 feet to the left (south) of the Hughes monument. It lists a James McGough. HOWEVER, THIS JAMES MCGOUGH IS THE WRONG ONE. HE DIED IN INFANCY, AND IS NOT THE TITANIC SURVIVOR. THE MCGOUGH MONUMENT IS IN LOT 48.
