Holthoff and Loomis-Pettibone Corporations Are Merged

MILWAUKEE, Dec. 31---The Holthoff Machinery Company of Cudahy has issued a circular announcing a change in the firm.  In the statement it is said:
 
"We take pleasure in announcing that Benjamin Guggenheim of New York, a member of the well-known firm of M. Guggenheim's Sons, having acquired a controlling interest in this company, the Holthoff Machinery Company has now been merged with the Loomis-Pettibone Gas Machinery Company under the new corporate name of name of the Power and Mining Machinery Company, of which Mr. Guggenheim is the President.  In making this announcement we are pleased to state that Messrs. Holthoff and Leuzarder, the original organizers of this company, still retain their interest and connection therewith."
