NEWARK, N. J., March 17---Henry Blank, chairman of the board of Henry Blank & Co., manufacturing jewelers here, died today at his home, 138 Ridgewood Avenue, Glen Ridge, N. J., after a brief illness, at the age of 76. He was a survivor of the Titanic sinking.
