The American Cold Storage and Shipping Company, to furnish cold storage and do a shipping business; capital, $2,000,000. The incorporators are Frank Hendrick, Albert Putnam, H. B. Kittenger, Edward Schmidt, Ralph Kirby, all of Jersey City.
