Sigmund M. Kempner, a son of Mr. and Mrs. Adolph Kempner of 305 West End Avenue, and Miss Barbara H. Guggenheim, a daughter of Mrs. Benjamin Guggenheim of 270 Park Avenue, were married yesterday afternoon in the Ritz-Carlton ballroom and the reception followed in the Crystal Room. Mrs. Kempner has been a student at the Washington Square College of the New York University and intends continuing her studles there.
Mr. Kempner is a Columbia graduate and a post-graduate of Harvard and is connected with a New York banking house.
