La Touraine Guards Her on Maiden Trip
Special Cable to the Examiner
Paris, April 21---La France, the newest and largest French transatlantic liner, left Havre today on her maiden voyage to New York. She carries 1,250 passengers. As a special precaution La Touraine, another of the same company's vessels, left shortly after La France, and will act as the new liner's escort on her maiden trip.
