BUCKINGHAM PALACE, JUNE 14
The King held an Investiture in the Quadrangle of the Palace at 11 o'clock this morning.
The King then conferred decorations as follows:---
BAR TO THE DISTNGUISHED SERVICE Cross
Lieutenant-Commander Charles LIGHTOLLER
