Lucille, Limited, Manager Pleads

Thomas J. Duggan, Manager of Lucile, Limited, of 17 West Thirty-sixth Street, who is charged with the undervaluation of gowns and dress models, entered a formal plea of not guilty, before Judge Archbald in the Criminal Branch of the United States Circuit Court yesterday.  This is the firm of which Lady Duff-Gordon is a member.  Duggan was allowed two weeks to file a demurrer.
