From the Titanic Relief Fund Minute Book number 2, Southampton Area (June 3rd 1913)
Case number P38 Biggs.
Mr. Biggs dependency cancelled leaving Mrs. Biggs at 3/- per week.

From the Titanic Relief Fund Minute Book number 2, Southampton Area (January 29th 1914)
Case number 30.
It was reported that Mrs. Biggs had been up in front of the Magistrates for drunkenness. It was recommended that the dependants allowance be suspended for a period of three months.

From the Titanic Relief Fund Minute Book number 2, Southampton Area (23rd April 1914)
Case number C30.
That Mrs. Biggs be reinstated onto the Fund at 2/- per week, the money to be expended for her benefit and not given in cash.
