Number 543. Penny, Phyllis, widow. Penny, Lionel William, child. Both class D dependants.

Date 23rd April 1914.
Case number C543. That the sum of 2/6d per week for a period of three
months be paid to Mrs Penny (partially dependent widow) in order that
she may obtain special nourishment for her child who is recovering from
Whooping Cough and Bronchitis.
