WASHINGTON, June 18---Work on the foundation for the fountain to be erected to the memory of Major Archibald W. Butt, Military Aid to President Taft, and Francis Millet, the artist, who lost their lives in the Titanic disaster, is to be begun in the immediate future. This was announced to-day.
