PDF Print

The Evening Standard, Ogden City, Utah,

The relatives and friends in Provo of Mrs. Irene C. Corbett have given up
all hopes of her life having been saved from the wreck of the Titanic.

A cablegram was sent Sunday to Rudger Clawson, president of the European
mission at Liverpool, asking regarding her, and at 4 o'clock yesterday
afternoon the following answer was received:

"Irene took Titanic. Name not among survivors."
