ALBANY, Jan. 30---Twenty-five new corporations, with an aggregate capital stock of $1,647,000, were chartered today. They include:
Lady Duff-Gordon Costume Co., Manhattan, $5,000; F. J. Knorr, C. C. Harper, M. M. Pedlow, Albany.
