THIRD CLASS LOUNGE: Main Deck. A striking room of reds, whites and blues. Walls, partly satinwood, partly of Hasco-relief. Ceiling white, with dropped sides. Floor covered with soft, speckled, light gray carpet. Chairs satinwood, some upholstered in red hand-woven material and some in cream artificial leather. Large glass panel showing fishing harbor scene. Room decorated with various colored wood carvings. Drapes of multi-colored hand woven material. Cheerfully decorated in Red, White and Blue, the Tourist Class Lounge makes striking use of the identical national colors of the United States and the Netherlands. Hand woven fabrics of chairs and drapes and gay colored wood carvings add interest to this pleasant room.
