PITTSBURGH, April 17---Looking forward to a reunion after years of separation, William Phillips, of New Brighton, was stunned by the news that his brother, Robert Phillips, on his way here with his daughter, Miss Alice Phillips, from Southampton, England, was one of the victims of the Titanic disaster. The daughter Alice is reported among those on the Carpathia, but there has been no word from the father. The father and daughter expected to make their home in New Brighton.
