At a meeting of the Privy Council of Ireland held yesterday at Dublin Castle, the Lord Lieutenant presiding, Lord Powerscourt, Mr. Justice Andrews of the Exchequer Division, and the Lord Mayor of Belfast (Alderman Pirrie) were sworn in as members.
