BULLETIN
New York, April 17 (Wednesday), 1:30 A.M.---A vague hope for the safety of some of the missing passengers was given last night by the captain of the tramp steamer Ultonia, which is docked in the North River. He said his vessel had passed the scene of the Titanic wreck two or three days before the disaster, and that several fishing smacks were in the vicinity. He saw many icebergs.
