LONDON, Feb. 25---Captain Arthur H. Rostron, commander of the Cunard liner Mauretania, who, as captain of the Carpathia, rescued the survivors of the Titanic, has received the highest mark of recognition open to his profession by being appointed Royal Naval Reserve Aide de Camp to the King.
