LONDON, April 22--- T. W. Cavendish, who was drowned in the Titanic, was a son of Charles Cavendish, who is a grandson of the second Lord Waterpark.

Mrs. Cavendish, who is among the survivors, is the only child of Henry Siegel of New York. The Cavendishes were going to America to pay him a visit.

Mr. Siegel was very anxious that his two small grandsons should accompany their parents, but it was thought better for them to remain in England.
