21,600 carried First Class by White Star in 1911

White Star First Class Passengers

During the last year the White Star Line carried 21,600 first class passengers from European ports to America, and 21,314 from America to Europe, the largest numbers taken by any British or Continental steamship company.
The aggregate is also believed to be the greatest in the history of ocean transport. The Olympic will be joined in the Southampton and Cherbourg to New York service by her sister ship Titanic next April.
