In accordance with the Regulatious for the Royal Naval Reserve Engineer M. H. Fisher has been placed on the Retired List, with permission to assume the rank of Retired Senior Engineer (Aug. 11); Probationary Sub-Lieut. G. R. Pairy has been confirmed in the rank of Sub-Lieut. (April 1).
