SUPREME COURT-STATE OF NEW YORK, New York County.---In the matter of the Petition of LUCILE, LIMITED, for authority to change its name to LUCILE, LIMITED, NEW YORK AND PARIS.--Notice is hereby given that Lucile, Limited, a corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of New York, located in the County of New York, and having its principal and only business office at 17 West 36th Street, in the Borough of Manhattan, in the City of New York, in the County and State of New York, will present its petition, duly verified, to the Supreme Court of the State of New York, at Special Term, Part L thereof, to be held at the New York County Court House, in the Borough of Manhattan, City of New York, County and State of New York, on June 15th, 1910, at 10:30 o'clock in the forenoon of that day, or as soon thereafter as counsel can be heard, for an order authorizing said corporation to change its corporate name to Lucile, Limited, New York and Paris.
