WASHINGTON, March 12---Mrs. Mary E. Gage, who was committed to the Government Hospital for the Insane yesterday for threatening Charles J. Bell, a Washington banker, still is a patient in that institution. Habeas corpus proceedings for her release were not instituted to-day, and her brother, who came here after his sister's arrest, returned to his home in Newark.
