Mrs. Gracie Drops Will Suit

WASHINGTON. May 2--- Mrs. Constance Shack Gracie, widow of Colonel Archibald Gracie, U. S. A., who lost his life from exposure in the Titanic disaster, has abandoned her attempt to establish an alleged lost will of her daughter, Mrs. Edith Gracie Adams of Bay Shore, L. I., who died Dec. 31, 1918. Mrs. Gracie sought to obtain possession of her daughter's estate, valued at $150,000. She withdrew her appeal today from an adverse decision of a jury in Circuit Court 1 and, through Enoch A. Chase, filed in the Probate Court a copy of a formal retraction of the charges made by her during the trial.
