PHILADELPHIA, Oct. 26---Mrs. George Brooke, wife of a retired steel executive, died of a heart attack tonight in her home, Almonbury House, Itahn. Mrs. Brooke was the former Lucille Polk of Baltimore. She was a member of the Acorn Club. Surviving are her husband, two daughters, Miss Elizabeth M. Brooke and Mrs. Samuel J. Reeves, and a son by a previous marriage, William T. Carter 2d.
