LONDON, Feb. 24---Many protests have been made against the proposal of the British Broadcasting Corporation to present a radio representation of the sinking of the Titanic.

"That borrible scene will always haunt me," Sir Arthur Rostron,
who commanded the Carpathia when she rescued the Titanic's survivors, wrote to the company.

Other critics suggested that the feature might be more suitable fifteen years from now.
