The baptism register for St Keverne reveals that Hayden Sobey (son of Richard & Mary Jane Sobey nee Hayden)was one of 8 children, strangely though, both he and his sister Amelia do not feature in the register. The children that do, with their dates of baptism are -

Thomas Elliott Sobey - 20/6/1890
Lois Jane Sobey - 3/4/1892
Irene Maud Sobey - 15/9/1893
Amelia and Hayden were born c1884 and c1886 respectively and why their names are omitted from the register will no doubt remain a mystery..
