Children from the Seamen's Orphanage at Southampton, including the offspring of many crew drowned on the Titanic, on holiday at Ryde, Isle of Wight.
A little over a year before, their fathers looked out from the sinking Titanic at what they could glimpse of a similar scene - small craft at rest on peaceful water.
