HALIFAX, N. S., Feb. 26 (AP)---A fund of $80,803, bequeathed by a man who lost his life when the Titanic sank in 1912, finally has been disposed of---to the Y. M. C. A.  George Wright left $20,000 to "check the lure and bad influence of the streets" in his native Halifax.  The fund has grown while suggestions for the use of the money have been turned down.  The Supreme Court finally made the award to the Y. M. C. A.
