Miss Rosenbaum Hurt in France

ROUEN, France, Aug. 21---Miss Edith Rosenbaum, an American, was seriously injured to-day in an automobile accident while on the way to this city from Paris.  A German merchant named Lewe, who was driving the car, was killed.
