Cincinnati, O., Nov. 30---Mrs. John Jacob Astor of New York wired congratulations today to Mrs. Mary Eloise Smith, one of the two "Honeymoon" widows of the Titanic disaster, to whom a son was born at the Jewish Hospital here. As far as is known Mrs. Smith's is the second Titanic baby. Mrs. Astor's was the first.
